This garden room scheme was designed to complement the existing dwelling and provides a family room overlooking the garden for our client. The addition is modest in scale compared to the rest of the dwelling and fits cohesively. It enables our client to live an indoor/outdoor lifestyle during the summer months.

An impressive feature which was incorporated into this scheme was the circular internal below ground wine cellar. In this case it acts as a feature in the centre of the garden room, with its glazed door that opens with a remote control.
