Nikki and Paul were keen to transform their space. They had a clear idea of what they wanted, but knew that they needed to get it right first time. They came to lapd wanting to refine their strong vision for their property and make sure the process ran smoothly, controlled by professionals who knew what they were doing.

The design process was a collaborative one, where our architects brought ideas to the table that Nikki and Paul had not previously considered, and adjusted their ideas to make the build realistic.

We worked to improve the internal layout and create a home that was perfect for both living and entertaining. The double height entrance space invites visitors in to the large extended kitchen/ living space. The contemporary style was what Nikki and Paul were looking for, flooded with natural light and giving the opportunity for the odd al-fresco dining situation (when the weather allows).

The extension to the rear provided new space to house the large open plan kitchen/living/dining area with improved visual and physical links to the garden. This was perfect both visually and functionally for the clients who wanted a fit for purpose space in which to entertain guests and socialize.
