This Grade II Listed Building was in a very poor state of repair when our clients purchased the property. LAPD were involved from the beginning to create a replacement and enlarged garden room to the rear, a new improved entrance lobby and a full property refurbishment.

The extensions were sensitively designed to fit cohesively with the main existing dwelling. The replacement garden room offers improved visual and physical links to extensive landscaped gardens to the rear of the property.

We worked closely with our clients to combine their ideas with our expertise to create the home they had always imagined since living in the area as children. The new oak orangery and outside kitchen add to the functionality and lifestyle they wanted to create.
