We are looking for an Architect or Experienced Part Architectural Assistant to join our friendly team.
TERM OF APPOINTMENT: 5 Days a week, full-time
HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday: 9 -5
HOLIDAYS: 23 days in addition to statutory holidays
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and create appropriate drawings and specifications for architectural projects using either AutoCAD/Sketchup/Enscape
- Lead projects from concept and planning through to completion
- Manage and take responsibility for the quality of your work with limited input from management team
- Take the lead on projects and manage project teams as appropriate
- Be a team player able to contribute to the practice’s success
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Right to work in the UK
- Min two years experience working in the UK
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients/staff and multi-disciplinary team
- Registered with the Architect’s Registration Board (if qualified)
- Previous experience in residential, high-end residential and small developer experience
- Experience working across all RIBA stages and familiar with the process
- Understanding of building regulations and their application
