Homeowner Essentials
Homeowners Essentials is focused on providing a plan drawing service and a competitively-costed set of information for small residential building work. It is carried out by a qualified architect who will advise and guide you through the different stages of your project.
Our well-rounded Homeowner Essentials package is ideal for you if you're planning a relatively simple home extension project and need to keep costs down. We will provide all the information you'll need to submit the relevant applications, including:
- Completed Planning and Building Regulation application forms for you to submit
- Final drawings - in PDF format, accompanied by seven paper copies.
Please note that your local authority may also require the following documents:
- Planning - Design and Access Statement
- Building Control - SAP energy calculation.
If you need to add these on to the basic package, we will be happy to assist you. We will also advise if you need to issue any Party Wall Awards - and help you out with these. We will provide a transparent quote for any extras, with no hidden charges or surprises.
Our fees are agreed before we start and tailored to your budget.
